UMIDIGI has been one of my favourite brands recently, they are a Chinese smartphone manufacturer based in Shenzhen City. It was registered in February 2012 and was launched in July of that year, but it wasn't until 2017 in which they started making waves in the smartphone market. Umidigi is known for budget Android smartphones, smartwatches, and more.
Recent studies have shown that popular brands like Samsung and Apple sell their Smartphones way higher than the actual cost of producing them. For example the bill of materials for the most recent iPhone, iPhone 12 was an estimated $406 but it was sold at a starting price of $800. While brands like OnePlus have been getting more expensive, UMIDIGI has stuck to its core principle of offering sleek metallic phones with awesome battery life. And best of all, at one third the cost of a typical flagship.

UMiDigi A9 Pro is another excellent devices that retails for just $160 dollars. It comes in Onyx black or the forest green colour. It comes in 3 versions namely - 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB. I've been using the 6GB + 128GB version and I've not had any complains with it whatsoever. I personally love the build and design of the phone, it has a glass back with an aluminium frame around the edges. It also has an excelent camera, thanks to its 48MP main AI camera and the 16MP ultra-wide angle camera. It also has an superb feature which is the custumizable button on the left-hand-side of the phone, which can be customized to open apps or perform various functions. For this price point this device is excellent and I would easily recommend it.
